It started from the real experience, not the codebase. My journey from physician to clinical analytics to healthcare AI passed through a lot of learning β and one realization that kept repeating: the technology fights you. Eleven clicks to order one test, alerts nobody reads, dashboards nobody trusts. Somewhere along that road I started asking a dangerous question: what if I just built it myself?
So I did. First small scripts. Then analytics. Then AI agents that could reason through a discharge decision the way a careful clinician does. And I noticed something unexpected: after a heavy day of fighting with the technology, an evening of focused building didn't drain me β it restored me. Like exhale. Like solace.
The name stuck because it's literal. Coding became my solace β and the goal became building software that offers the same to everyone who uses it.
Solace Agent is where that world lives now: clinical AI, prediction engines, analytics, and the occasional World Cup model built for the pure joy of it. The thesis is the same every time β technology in service of calm, built by someone who's felt the chaos firsthand.
